[Harp-L] Powerbender based tuning

Hi list, before I fork over more than a $100 for a Seydel solist pro 12 hole harmonica in the note arrangement presented earlier I would really really really super appreciate if some of the experienced players would look quickly at the diagram and of the top of your head jot down a couple of pros and cons for this tuning. 

I don't know what to call it or if there is a name for this particular note layout, but here it is again :
